A temporary ridge of high pressure will affect the Alpine region on Sunday, although the airmass will remain slightly unstable.

With the sunshine, larger cumulus clouds will develop through the day. A few showers or thunderstorms are likely to form during the afternoon and evening.
Temperatures rising to a summery 24°C in the Upper Eisacktal Valley and up to 29°C around Bozen.

Conditions will remain largely fine with plenty of sunshine through to around midday. Later on, larger cumulus clouds will develop, bringing the risk of isolated showers or thunderstorms.
